Yeah, I think I will, if only for the tylenol. Honestly, I was fine last night. It's probably just a bug.

[ She arrives a little while later, stopping in the doorway to press a hand to her head in a sad attempt to make it stop hurting. ]

Ugh. I felt better for a minute, but now it's getting worse again.

[Martha frowned and quickly moved over to Stephanie, offering her a hand for support.]

I'm not sure, a couple of hours at least. [ Since around the time the flood was announced, but that had to be a coincidence, right? Thanks, but she'll stick to the doorframe for now. ]

Hmm. [Martha studied the woman for a moment, and then she pulled out the scanner. The scanner beeped and Martha frowned.]

This is so bloody odd. Come on in and let's get some tylenol in ya and see if it helps.

[ How mysterious, she feels better as she goes up the stairs... but tylenol doesn't help. If her head didn't hurt so bad she might actually pay attention to what everyone else is saying, but you know how it is. ]

[Who has time to listen to people? They're too busy being utterly miserable. Except for, you know, that moment of vague relief, but that's just a coincidence, right. T'Pol's pacing her room by now. Do not want to leave. :|]

[ Well eventually she'll be headed back to her room, only it gets worse when she goes downstairs. ...Up it is then. Sixth floor seems like a good place to stop. ]

[Up is definitely good. The further up she goes, the better T'Pol feels. Well, the closer she feels to the normal level of suck, anyway. It's getting harder and harder to stay in her room, so eventually, instead of huddling on her bed, she lets the door slide open, so she can peek out. She looks like crap, too.]

[ She starts to feel better as she walks out into the hall. In fact, the further down the hall she gets the better she feels. She smiles awkwardly at T'Pol as she passes, and then stops. Because then it got worse again. Uh. She turns around and goes back to that door. ]

Hi. I don't believe we've met, I'm Stephanie. Are you by any chance feeling sick today?

[Hi, Steph. Have a blank look. It hides the bitterness. She's been feeling sick today, and every day since the carnival. In fact, she's got a hand on the door frame to subtly keep herself straight. It tightens.]

T'Pol. [She still sounds rough around the edges.] Why are you asking?

It's just that I've been feeling pretty nasty myself, only it got better when I went upstairs, and when I walked down the hall, and then I passed by your door and it started to get worse again.
