 Hi, err, everybody. I'm guessing I should introduce myself, right?

I'm Stephanie Brown, new warden on the block. I'm guessing the actual wardening part will come later? Anyway, there's not much else to say about me. So... nice to meet you all, I guess.

You are right in that the wardening will come later. Inmates and Wardens are assigned on the fifteenth and thirtieth of every month, although sometimes you may not be assigned right away.

You could put it that way. Some Wardens have jobs alongside the care of their Inmates, but for most it is a full-time occupation. Without an Inmate, you have no other...specific duties. Most use this time to acquaint themselves with the workings of the Barge and the people around them.

Well. [HRRM talking about the last port = so much no.] It's a prison ship in metaphysical space with a habit of hitting rough water and docking on worlds inhabited by zombies, ghosts, and from what I hear occasionally more pleasant things.
