15 - Making the best of an awkward situation

Hey, guys, you know if you need clothes Bianca doesn't need a special office to make or adjust them, right? Just thought I'd remind you all. And I've got some of my sister's clothes if anybody needs 'em. Men's clothes are way easier.

[ Steph knows exactly who she was yesterday, but giving it away right at the start wouldn't be any fun, now would it? Still, she's happy to lend out her clothes and make adjustments so that she has something to wear too. ]

If you don't have anything to wear to pick up new clothes, lemme know. I'll bring you a towel, if nothing else.

And try not to get too excited about your new bodies. They're temporary, remember? [ Side-eyeing you, John. ]

[Meeting up seems like the most efficient way to do it, if Stephen has to leave his room to find his own suit. Less backtracking, this way.]

[ This is a terrible idea, she's almost 50% sure nothing could go wrong. ]

[It is absolutely a bad idea, Cass knows this, but she collects a towel from the inmate showers and goes to the pool room to wait for Stephen anyway.

It'll only be a problem until Stephanie is back in her own body. Then, they'll just never talk about it again, she's sure.]

[ It'll be great! She finds some swim trunks and picks out an adjustable bikini for Cass - sorry friend, they're just more likely to fit. She brings two big fluffy towels, which are totally better than the inmate shower towels, and manages to meet Cass in flip-flops and a previously oversized shirt. ]

[The effect is... yeah, much different in person. Cass watches the approach and then moves forward herself, circling around Steph for a full view.]

Does it feel weird?

Strangely? It feels like I was born with it. I mean, I keep forgetting I'm bigger and stronger than normal, but other than that...

[ She waits patiently for Cass to finish ogling her before offering up the swimsuit and one of the towels. ]

How do I look?

[It's not ogling.... it's a little ogling, but it's not every day she'll see Stephanie as a boy. She's allowed and she's fairly certain that if their rolls were reversed Steph would be looking at her the same way.

She takes the towel and flips it over her shoulder, then holds her free hand up as a target.]

Hit.

[She wants to judge this new and improved strength for herself.]

[ She has to transfer the remaining towel and bikini to her other arm to give Cass a good hard punch with her right hand. She's already had a chance to test it fighting Scorpius. ]

[Cass knows in a distant kind of way that in her time here, she hasn't been too terribly expressive. With Steph, she's tried to think of ways to fix it because if there's anyone who deserves more, deserves trying, it's Stephanie.

It hasn't been going well. Now, though, her eyes widen a bit in surprise and she looks pleased. Her fingers curl around the fist against her palm and she keeps it, twining fingers together as she nods.]

Much better.

[ichoosefight]

Heh. [ She's pleased with herself, though suddenly aware that they haven't sparred since Cass got here. She wonders if she's gotten any stronger as a girl, too. ]

Try not to get too attached, it's only temporary.

[hellofist]

Mm.

[It doesn't get much more noncommittal than that, does it? She nods towards the pool, letting go of Steph's hand.]

Get in. I'll change.

Sure, see you in a bit!

[ She hands off the bikini, tosses the towel onto the nearest chair, and promptly tears off her shirt. Hell yeah, canon ball. ]

[Or see her now. Cass doesn't go anywhere, she just bends over to start untying her shoelaces. She has no issues with nudity, never has, and even Steph suddenly being a boy won't change that. The only difference now comes after Cass has swept her own shirt off, when she's putting her hands on the waistband of her jeans before pausing.]

Probably should... swim facing away, for now.

Huh?

[ She makes the mistake of glancing over to see what Cass is talking about. As she would normally she doesn't think much of it, is content to turn away and mind her own business. ]

Oh, yeah, sorry.

[ Of course, her body has another plan, and no matter how much of her own business she minds it doesn't seem to stop a boner. ]

It's fine. Was a suggestion for you, not me. Can handle you looking.

[She says it offhand because it honestly doesn't matter to her if Steph looks or not. If she needs to look away, that's fair. If she peeks, Cass doesn't mind. It's nothing she hasn't seen, no matter what body she's in.

She doesn't rush as she undresses, and then has to take the time to turn the bikini around in her hands, trying to find the up. She's only worn one of these once, they still don't make a whole lot of sense to her.]

[ Wow, what does she even do now? She can't answer, that's for sure. She sort of curls up, treading water mostly with her hands, and faces the opposite wall and tries not to accidentally turn at all.

She's starting to think she understands the term 'blue balls' now. ]

[Before too much longer, there's a splash as Cass joins Steph in the pool, all the bits to cause problems safely covered up. Of course she's also wet now, but that's neither here nor there. She swims up behind Steph, then taps her shoulder.]
