I'm alive!
[ Steph has cleaned herself up, even put on a little makeup to hide the bags under her eyes! She's a bit sluggish, but very much alive, as she says. The light is on in her room and everything. ]
And you know what? Whatever I missed, I don't want to hear about it. Unless it will directly effect my life moving forward, I am shutting my ears.
[ She sets the communicator down on her desk and picks up her iPod, shuffling through some of the songs. Her expression turns from one of tired relief to one of focus, then indecision, then disappointment, and finally she puts it down with a sigh. ]
I'm not feeling the music today. Instead... let's go on a little field-trip. [ And up we go, communicator in hand, out Stephanie's door and into the hall, where she turns around to show a very cute drawing of some honeysuckle flowers pasted to her door. ]
Isn't that sweet? Now if that doesn't brighten your day, I don't know what would. Thanks, Claire. You're the best. Maybe next week I'll have some music for you.
[ She's about to turn off the feed when she remembers something. ]
Oh! And thanks to everyone who brought me food, or just came to visit. Sorry if I snapped at you. Or. Threw something at you. I don't really remember if that was in my head or not.

Still alive, I hope?
