06 - Video - That was actually kind of fantastic
[ Private to Donny Donowitz ]
I don't really know what to say about... all that, except... [ she looks thoughtfully off to the side and smiles, ] I actually had a lot of fun. Only based on my own experience, I'm guessing the guy I met wasn't the real you. So, unless you're completely grossed out by everything that happened, I'd sort of like to get to meet the real you. What do you think, too weird?
[ Public ]
So. About that. I hope you boys enjoyed the 'show', because it will never. Happen. Again. And you better be careful what you say to me for the next day or two, because I've been told I have a mean right hook.
[ Despite the threats, she doesn't really seem that bothered by the whole thing. In fact, she's got a bit of a lingering smile. It grows into a full on grin as she turns around and picks up this little number, showing it to the screen. ]
Oh, and Shego? I, uh, made this for you. I'd keep it as a souvenir except [ she starts snickering, ] it's not really my color.
[ooc | Looking back, I feel it should be clarified that Stephanie Brown has not slept with any of you. Ever. She's just an awful tease ;D ]

[Yes, he wants to know everything about her. Everything. It has as much to do with knowing about Tim as it has to do with friendship, but there is a friendly aspect there. He doesn't really want to lose her anymore.]
Maybe we can work something out. Once a week, make waffles as part of breakfast.
spam;
You have no idea how happy that would make me. [ But her smile might give him an inkling. ]
spam;
If I had known it was that easy.. [He teased slightly, smirking again.]
spam;
[ She tenses up a little when he asks about her dad. ] No siblings, just me and mom. My dad didn't work, per se.
spam;
[He casts a sideways glance in her direction, noticing that tension and wondering what she means.] "Per se?"
[They enter onto the first level, nearing the dining hall. He's surprised to find himself resilient to enter, wanting her to himself right now. No comment or gesture is made to that effect, however, as he continues walking with the same arrogance.]
spam;
[ She's trying very hard to sound like it doesn't matter, like she's not still angry at her dad, even now. She barely even notices they're approaching the dining hall. ] I thought we weren't going to talk about the past.
spam;
I'm sorry.. [He pauses.] I'm not very good at talking to people. If you don't want to talk about your past, we won't.
spam;
It's alright, I don't really mind. I just... don't like talking about my dad. It tends to make me angry.
spam;
Do you have an inmate yet?
spam;
Not yet. I've mostly been spending my time reading, honestly.

[Sylar throws a smirk back in her direction, then slows a little until she's beside him to continue walking, arriving at the dining hall.]
Maybe you could warden me. [Another smirk.]
spam;
[ A small pause, while she makes a show of considering this idea before grinning deviously. ] Maybe I should.
spam;
Of course, there are so many different methods of wardening. [He leans forward slightly to whisper near her ear.] You could be bad for my recovery.
spam;
Trying to sabotage your own recovery? Well I don't screw up people's lives anymore. You must be thinking of the other Stephanie.
spam;
Too bad. I had something more enjoyable in mind. [A beat.] Why are you having dinner with me?
spam;
I like you, you're nice. I think we have a lot in common. I hate eating dinner alone. How many reasons do I need?
spam;
I'm just trying to think of things to talk about that don't involve the past, that don't touch on the darker side of the Barge. It doesn't leave much.

Yeah, I'm kind of on a King Arthur binge. It's written as a series of really long poems. I got through The Coming of Arthur and part of Gareth and Lynette. I am surprisingly something of a poetry fan.
spam;
Poetry? I like some, I suppose. Long poetry, like The Highwayman. Short poetry I find to be a waste. I want them to tell a story in themselves, not as a continuation of another.
spam;
You'd love Idylls of the King, then. I was a little surprised that it didn't have the whole sword in the stone story, but the alternative was really just as good.
spam;
I generally prefer non-fiction.
spam;
Non-fiction poetry. Okay, shoot. What sort of stories are there?
spam;
I meant non-fiction books, novels. Fictional poetry is fine.
spam;
spam; Any good ideas to keep this going or are you okay with random chatter or assume the rest?
spam; Random chatter's always good for making references in the future. anything in mind?
spam;
spam;
Sorry. Assume the rest?
sure thing! no worries.
Thanks. Phone tagging from a waiting room right now.
